Learning Management System Application Training and Orientation

Description This service acquires, develops and delivers training/orientation content and manages training/orientation activities needed to operate, support or use the learning management system.

Eligibility All faculty, staff and students.

  • Online self-help content available 24/7.

Charges In-house workshops advertised by CATL are at no cost. Faculty-specific workshops are available on request and require sufficient time for planning and development at the request of the LMS trainer.

  • Design, develop, and deliver training content and materials.
  • Identify requirements and coordinates training activities.
  • Coordinates and schedules training/orientation sessions.
  • Coordinates activities to store and administer distribution and warehousing of training contents.

  • Online library of resource materials developed in-house and acquired externally.
  • Classroom faculty and graduate student training sessions.
  • Classroom student orientations (by request).
