The Undergraduate Admissions Office has the ability to report on any information found on the application, but not in Aurora Student, and has established a number of standard operational reports.

This information includes, but is not limited to, the application status, the applicant’s future plans, the applicant’s high school, the applicant’s citizenship, and other biographical information.  Once a student has been admitted, general admissions data can reported on through Aurora Student.  In addition to the established reports, more detailed reports can be requested.  Any report not available in Aurora Student Self Service can be scheduled to run and be emailed automatically.

Please contact Shianne Uschold in the Undergraduate Admissions Office to request a report.

Available from the Office of Institutional Analysis website

The Office of Institutional Analysis (OIA) provides data and analysis for management decision making, and provides periodic management information reporting for use by various stakeholders.  On behalf of the President and Vice-Presidents, they ensure that all centrally maintained data bases define and collect data that meets Executive Information System (EIS) needs, and vets all institutional information reporting to ensure that it accurately and appropriately reflects the institution.

Many of the summary statistics below are based on snap-shot data, from a specific date in the year, and look at the University as a whole.  These summary reports do not identify individual students. However, the Office of Institutional Analysis does have the detailed information used to produce the numbers found in the reports below.
